The Site

The proposed development site covers an area of approximately 1.04ha and is located at George Street Industrial Estate, Seaham. It currently contains existing industrial buildings which have been vacated by Katmex, a steel parts manufacturer. The site’s existing vehicular access is via an internal estate road in the south of the site, which connects to George Street.
