Lidl GB would like your views on exciting proposals for a new discount foodstore off George Street in Seaham.
A new Lidl store would provide access to our high quality and affordable products, create around 40 new local jobs, and bring the former Katmex factory site at George Street Industrial Estate back to life, so it can serve the local community.
This would be the first-ever Lidl foodstore in Seaham. We value local feedback and would like to hear your thoughts on the draft plans as we prepare a planning application.
